- Hotel could not accommodate us. Front desk personnel gave us a note to say the Hilton would. When we got there could not accommodate us because of insufficient paperwork.Had to pay an extra almost $--- to stay at the Hilton for the night. Lost $---.

Cons -
- The process of sending the guest to another hotel when Stamford Suites are full did not work I lost the payment of $--- To find a place to stay at 4am, I had to pay an additional &178dollars
- It's FINE. It looks and smells like an okay apartment in Queens (which we used to live in). We weren't looking for/ expecting anything fancy. Things are old & peeling, wire shelves are sticky & dirty. But it's FINE for just throwing in a family to sleep.
- Room in terrible condition- torn carpet, peeling paint, faulty faucets, stained towels and bed linen Plaster falling off ceiling
