Was initially assigned a room that hadn't been serviced by housekeeping that day (bed looked slept in, towels on bathroom floor). Front desk clerk said his records indicated it HAD been. Still, he apologized profusely and have me the rm next to it.

I?ve also stayed at Residence Inns in Tulsa, Ok, and Rogers, AR. They were both good, and the staff at Rogers were nice, but this one in Olathe is my favorite, especially the staff! They were so friendly, and the hotel itself felt the most homey. Love it!
